Vendors
HRCS is preparing the Vendor Enrichment Program for the 2025-2026 school year. Please note the following guidelines to ensure consideration for the coming school year.
1. Completed Vendor Packets (see attached) must be received no later than Friday, May 30, 2025. Incomplete packets may not be considered.

2. Pricing must be confirmed for the duration of the 2025-2026 school year, and must be confirmed by Friday, June 20, 2025.
Contracts are for the duration of the school year and price changes will not be considered during that time. Student voucher values will be assigned based on the monthly price of each class/activity.
3. All information should be provided to families in advance of registration.
Class days/times; Frequency (weekly or monthly required visits); Registration, Costume, Audition, Recital or any other fees and expenses the family would be expected to cover. HRCS is a public school and can not pay for Summer classes, registration fees, book, materials or clothing expenses, private rates, services a vendor provides to his/her own child, or recital, performance or exhibit time.
4. Monthly attendance reports are required for each class/activity.
HRCS funds courses for two periods during the school year: September through December and January through April. Rosters must be confirmed by a timely response, in order for District funding to be approved. In addition, attendance reports must be submitted on a monthly basis to ensure student participation. Invoices should be submitted on a monthly basis, but may be submitted once per semester with approval.
