What are the Requirements?

1. Do you live in Stanislaus County or an adjacent county?
2. Would you like to have more control over your child's education?
3. Do you have a few hours to spend each day teaching your child?
4. Is your child scheduled to enroll in K through the 8th grade this year?
5. Will your Kindergartner be five years old by December 1st?
6. Your child may not be concurrently enrolled in another school.
7. Hart-Ransom Charter is a free public school education.
8. HRCS students 2nd through 8th take State required testing.

 

 

How Do You Get Started?

1. Contact the school either through email or by  telephone.
2. Talk to our friendly office staff and request an application.
3. Remember, we are a public school so there are no fees involved.
4. As soon as we have an opening someone will notify you.
5. An orientation will be scheduled for you to learn about our program.
6. That's it...shortly thereafter, you will receive your confirmation.
7. Your new Advisory Teacher will help you get started.
