Assignment Work Records (AWR)
Download Office Word or the Excel version of our Assignment Work Records. Type or write in your lesson plan for the time period and then make a white and yellow copy for your Advisory Teacher. Don't forget to initial daily attendance and sign each sheet. Predesignated, corrected samples will need to be included with the paperwork and turned in on the date they are due.
